Hi all,

 

     I've tried everything I can think of and this HDX 9004 unit will simply not send camera and content at the same time.  Camera sources are set as 1 is set as Main, 2 is People, 3 is set as People, 4 is set as Content, 5 is set as Content.  I'm able to send the camera feeds fine by themselves fine for 1 and 2.  When I try to send Content it shows on the far side but the Camera feed disappears.  I have an identical system set up with the same settings and it works fine.  I've also tried another network to rule out that and it still didn't work.  I tried toggling through the display modes and changing all the people/content settings but it still doesn't work.  Any ideas?

HP Recommended

On the Network > Call Preferences page make sure you have H.239 enabled.  H.239 is People + Content,
