HP Recommended

I have a HDX Eagle Eye Camera with P/N: 1624-23412-002. Today, it apears horizontal stripes and white dots on the screen. I try another camera with the old cadec and monitor, the image is ok. Any one help me!

Not a lot to be done really.  You'll need to contact your local Polycom  reseller & get an RMA Request filed.  If the unit is under a maintenance contract, Polycom will send you a replacement camera (under most schemes).  If not you can get a quote for cost of out of warranty repair.
