HDX Multipoint call Content sharing issue

Hi 

We have a 4 Nos HDX 8000 system with dual moniter, out of four one of the end point having a MCU option.

Before S/W Upgradation (S/W version 2.6) 

When we make a point to point call between two location people video display on monitor 1 and content display on monitor two. 

When we made a multipoint call with content from site A to site B & C,People video display on monitor one and content display on monitor two. 

After S/W Upgradation (S/W 2.6 to 3.1)

Point to point call is working fine. But in Multi point call, site A dial site B & C, and site A share the content ,but in site B&C can see only  the content on both the monitors. Not able to see the people video in both the sites.

Please let us know how to fix the above issue

what source you are using to sharing a contant via vga cable or via ppc software. Regards Yash Pal

Pls double check, that "mirroring" is not enabled in your monitor settings.

Mirroring option is not enabled Monitor 1 we enabled the Near video and Far video & Monitor 2 we enabled content and far and near video.

cheack with polycom people+contant software to share contant,what is the software version? Have you cheack enable H.239? Regards Yash Pal
