We have several HDX systems that have 1080p or MP options. On the Options Menu the options are listed but there is a red circle with a line through it indication that the option is not available. The key code had to have been entered for that to show. How do we activate the option or what does the red slashed circle mean?

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
Maybe post a photo of what you see and the serial numbers so we can verify your entitlement?
