Hello community 

 

i have a problem with content sharing from hdx systems.

 

i  have created a VMR on the RMX 4000 which is working fine with all endpoints sharing content, using SIP or H.323,

however if you use a HDX system  to call into the VMR during a conference that is sharing content, the content stops as the HDX system  connects.

 

its look like i have a network problem,

 

i would like to know if someone have the same issue and know what is the solution to resolve it ?

Hello Avishai,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above linked FAQ post can be utilized to check the network connection between a HDX and the RMX.
