(i changed the real ip address with IP btw).  Sip is active, but the sip server settings are set to auto.  Looks like above is some kind of keep alive?  I found such a setting and disabled it.  Waiting to see if the logs will still mention calls...

It's kind of SIP attack to IP-PBX. Someone attempt to make a free international phone call via the IP-PBX.

usually malefactors use the sipvicious tools for brute force attack.

 

If you don't use SIP, you should just turn it off on your HDX.

If you use SIP, add white or black list rules on your firewall.
