Hello Yashpal,

can I take yet again this opportunity to remind you yet again to follow up your prior => post's <=?

You keep posting new => questions <= and then never respond to them or never update them and then post another question.

The community can and will not work like this as people will simply stop responding to your questions and the community will be full of unanswered and never updated posts.

To answer your original question (that will hopefully receive some kind of feedback) Polycom only ever supports you if you are running the latest software.

At present this would be 3.1.2 (ensure you have a valid service contract or purchase a license) or if you are not yet on 3.1 it would be 3.0.6.

Our Endpoints follow the H323 industry standard and are compatible with additional video conferencing technologies like SIP or LYNC (depending on additional licenses etc.)

Please ensure to follow this and older post's up.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
