Hi guys,

 

We've faced this issue using 3.1.4 and 3.1.5 SW version for HDXs. It impossible to change presets of EagleEye camera via web remote. We've tested about 10 HDXs (7000, 8000) running 3.1.4, then upgraded them to 3.1.5. On 3.1.5 the issue is the same. There's no problems on 3.1.3 SW version. 

 

We can't see anything about this issue in release notes for 3.1.4 and 3.1.5.

 

Did anybody faced the same issue? Are there any ways to solve it?

I just did a bit of testing of this.   I wanted to make sure my software remotes work correctly and they do.   I then monitored the HDX and it appears that nothing is being sent to the HDX when you click on one of the number keys.    based on this, I'd say you need to open a ticket with Polycom Support.
