HDX6000 problem

Hello everybody,

 

I am a new user for Polycom system.

 

My problem is that, when HDX7000 call to my HDX6000. 

I can see imcoming call on monitor but display only 5 second with two beep sound and then sudendly disappear.

also, I cannot see video and I cannot hear void from HDX7000 side.

if I call back to them, the situaation serminar my case.

 

 

But some polycom system I still can see and listen as fine from them.

 

actually, I cannot find why is reason of problem.

 

Please help me.

Hello Thaimic,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

  • Jun 21,2014 Question: Are there specific Ports in my firewall that I need to open in order to utilize video conferencing?

    Answer: Please check the relevant release notes or admin guide for your device under the section “Inbound and Outbound Ports” or "Port usage" => here <=.

  • Jun 21,2014 Question: What could be causing one way video or one way audio when utilizing video conferencing?

    In addition check this FAQ post => here <= for more details and troubleshooting suggestions.
