I registered the device HDX 6000 on Lync server. Problems started with video calling. When I call on for SIP on Polycom, I have a black screen with the text Staring Video ... (long connection, on SIP client not video). Picture does not appear. If I call with Polycom to SIP-client, then the image is available on all devices. In what could be the problem? some time worked fine, but not now ceased.

you are connecting a call with which SIP client LYNC 2010 or Lync 2013.you are hosting a peer to peer video call or multipoint video call.

Should peer to peer call work withour CCCP licenes.

was this thing working earler or not??have you tried to inisiate call in diagnostic mode??what codeces are supporting in call and on what bandwidth you had inisiated vc call??
