We deployed 3 HDX7000 series and all of them working on P2P perfect on 1080p(with license) but when dial mulitpoint the resolution changing to 350pixels, but we do have multipoint license and our site bandwiths 10Mb so not bandwith issue, we bought 1 multipoint license

What call speed are you using ?

 

What version of HDX software are you on ?

 

You might want to look at the HDX administrators guide about HDX Multipoint (on or around Page 3-38 of the current HDX Admin guide)..

Found that, HDX7000 doesn't support multpoint HD quality.....
