All, we have a Polycom HDX7000 on the latest software 3.1.1.3 registered to a Cisco Call Manager 8.6.1. All calls complete fine (4 digit calls for example)  except for calls out to an external number, example 91312373XXXX. The call completes but no audio is heard on either side, after 30 seconds the call disconnects.

 

We were able to fix this on our Cisco SIP phones by modifying the SIP profile setting: Default MTP Telephony Event Payload Type to 100 but that SIP profile doesn't appear to apply to the Polycom device.

 

Any ideas?
