Hi

Potentially long story short.

We have an HDX7000A which I can't get to recognise the BRI Interface. Also, and I assume this is related, I am unable to tick the "Enable ISDN H.320" box at the top of the BRI Protocol page.

When I swap the boxes with a similar unit (HDX7000D) the box is ticked and the BRI interface is shown on the Diagnostics System Status as being connected.

I have tried exporting the config of the "D" box to the "A" box and still can't get it to work.

I believe we have the latest software on both boxes - 3.1.11-53024

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Extending this query, we had an issue with our original "D" box below and purchased a secondhand unit - the "A" box.

Could the BRI problem be related to licensing?

Do I need a licence for the "A" box and/or can it be transferred from our original "D" box?

Thanks
