I have a HDX7000HD Model C with Model Number 2201 26773-002 running on version 2.6.0-4740
and am getting conflicting stories from various sales people that I cannot upgrade this device to a later software version. After looking at the Polycom docs I cannot find a listing with this model number.
Can someone please point me in the right direction......the reason for upgrade is to hopefully get Lync 2013 functionality.
Regards,
Graham

Hi Graham & welcome to our community.
I'm not aware of any software restrictions for HDX7000 Rev C & if it was formerly a Rev A or B hardware upgrade is required to access decent Lync functionality.
S/W upgrades would need to be done up to V3.1.4 & you can accress the s/w here.

Keys will be required to upgrade from V2.6.x to V3.1.x & they can be got here.

However, there is a requirement to purchase an RTV/CCCP key to unlock full Lync compatibility so you'll need to buy one of those & apply it.
