Hello,

Since the update to latest release "polycom-hdx-release-3.1.10-51067", when we use share content with clickshare we have the content displaying on both screens. It's bit annoying since when we are in a SIP call we have the content screen duplicated on both screens. i have to switch camera to change the display on main monitor.

Is it linked to protocol H239 ? I tried to change settings into monitors with activate/deactivate local content. No success.

Is it a new feature to have local content duplicated when we have 2 screens ? (No emulation of screens)

model = HDX 7000 HD version D

previous firmware = 3.1.6-46064

current firmware = 3.1.10-51067

Thanks for your help

Check a couple of things:

1.  Make sure the video input you are using for your content is defined as content.  With the HDX 7000 the auxillary inputs are either People or Content, they are not independantly defined.  Maybe some one changed the S-video input not knowing it also changed the DVI input.

2.  Make sure the monitors are not configured to be mirrowing, monitor 2 set to Monitor 1 Image.
