Hello,

We're having an issue where we can't use the Shared Content feature when a connected laptop used "Clone" or "Duplicate" mode.  The laptop is in 1024 x 768 resolution.  I've attempted bypassing the in-place VGA cable with a different VGA cable with no luck.  Shared content showed for like 2 seconds then disconnected and I could not get it to show again.  It will work, however if I choose "Extended Desktop" for the display mode on the laptop.  In "Cloned" display mode there is a message that makes reference to the IP address of the unit and that the resolution should be set to 1024 x 768.  but I don't have the whole message.  Anyone else experience this and what was the fix?  Thanks !!
