Hi
We’re running a HDX with 3.0.5, Touch Panel 1.4, RTV installed and receive “no more sites can be added because the meeting is full” when trying to join a Lync scheduled conference via the touch panel. The HDX supports Lync OK in all other circumstances. Also, I cannot find VIDEO-97313 in any of the release notes; which apparently resolves the problem I am experiencing.
Appreciate any advice

Hello barnesjw,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The post referenced by yourselves suggested to the original poster to raise a service ticket. It did not specify that the issue is the same, or known or even fixed in any current release.
It simply suggested to reference the Voip case as it showed similarities.
The original poster did not follow this up within the community and I am unaware if he/she ever contacted Polycom support as suggested.
If you believe you are having the same issue please work with your Polycom reseller and / or Polycom support directly.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello barnesjw,
the mentioned issue is not resolved yet and without logs and troubleshooting via Polycom support I am unable to confirm / or verify if the issue is the same.
The video case reference was given to enable the tier 1 and/or tier 2 support to have a head start at this.
If an issue is fixed the relevant information is placed within the release notes. As the root cause of your issue is yet unknown I am unable to comment on this further.
The correct process is to log this via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

As this is a community it should be shared in public and your post should be updated by yourself if you addressed your initial issue.
Communicating via email will not help anyone here.
Best regards
