Hi to all,

 

I have here HDX 8000 upon installation I found out that there have frequently static horizontal line in standby mode of the monitor.

troubleshooting:

> change the HDCI Cable but problem still occur.

> change the HDCI Cable port to port (from camera to Codec)problem still occur.

> Factory default problem still occur.

 

>when using loop back test the static problem is resolve.

but after i press back the problem is occur.

 

please someone help me.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  • Is this a new codec or is this an older codec and the issue only recently started?

  • Are you using a Polycom supplied screen or a 3rd party screen?

  • What Software Version are you running on the HDX?
