It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
As you have another 299 working units is this specific unit running the same configuration and hardware variant as all the others?
Have you compared the logs of a non rebooting with your rebooting unit yet ?
Is this SIP, H.323 or a Lync call ?
