HDX8000 reboot during the conversation


I have a Polycom hdx 8000 that work with a RealPresence Collab server, the solution contains 300 Polycom 8000 HDX endpoints, one of them restart during conversation.


Could you give me any tip no matter how vague it might be.

Hello aminedahel,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

As you have another 299 working units is this specific unit running the same configuration and hardware variant as all the others?


Have you compared the logs of a non rebooting with your rebooting unit yet ?


Is this SIP, H.323 or a Lync call ?
