HDX9000, if no IR remote receiver connect to HDX IR port, there will be no way for remote controller connect to HDX? which one can be substitute? Camera can act as IR or not? or no way but only HDX IR port? thanks

The HDX 9000 has an IR receiver in the chassis, about 1/3 the way to the top above the Power button.  It is the only HDX system to have an embedded IR receiver in the chassis, all the other HDX systems need to have a camera with an IR receiver, like the EagleEye line, to receive the IR signals from the Remote.

All of the RealPresence Group systems have an IR receiver in the chassis.
