HI
As the title says, in a nutshell I can not send content via the BenQ InstaShow (wireless projection hardware) to send the content the second screen is shown in Black. The screen that should show would be the next pantalla de inicio,
Sometimes it manages to send a bit of image but it seems that it does not support the resolution or the frames, and it is reached to see a little of the welcome image of the Instahow these are the specifications of the hardware specs.
On the other hand sometimes on the main screen shows me this legend For optimum quality, Select a refresh rate of 60 Hz or less
In Configurations-monitors and tried with all possible resolutions and none works, similarly I do not see an option as such where you can lower the output frequency to the screens, that could be the Solution.
finally, This system (Benq Instashow) I have tested in two Polycom Realpresence Grup 500 and the result is the same equipment have system1 and system2
Thank you very much and I hope to support me in finding a solution
Hello @Isaac.vargas,

What am I supposed to do to make it work?
Hello @Isaac.vargas,
as the reply is based on an assumption I would look at a device which removes the copy protection.
The next step would be to open a support ticket,
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

If your issue is HDCP, you could try a simple 1x2 HDMI splitter in between the BenQ piece and the GS500. Typically the 1x2 will "strip" HDCP from the signal.
Something like this.
If it isn't HDCP...well I'd get Polycom involved.
