Dear Sirs,

We are developing some control interface between Group700 & Crestron. We do need your professional advice to guide us on how to do hangup the current call (just most recent) with API cammand. Currently, we have issue on multi-party call. For example, I have sucessfully called 3 parties & need more 4th party to join. But Ithey may facing fail or noreply from the 4th called party & need to cancel just this recent call & keep all the rest.

By API "hangup", it has only "hangup video" & "hangup all" which do the same by hangup all. BTW, we need only hangup current call (just only 4th call). Are ther anyway to avoid the complication of getting callid & hangup specificaly based on callid with "hangup video callid". Polycom callid are reandom & need to be quiried before getting it.

Thank you in advance for your kindness consider to support.

Please take a look at Page 180 of the RP IRM.   You will need to specify the "callid".  You get this from the "notification" message when the call starts.   (notify callstatus).

Good luck,

Thank you indeed for your quick supported. Just wonder whether we can have a simply hangup command on most recent call. BTW, it is okay to take more step on checking notification before hangup.
