Help Desk Support

So I've been asked to move some of my support roles of the Polycom & Lync Systems over to our Help Desk and lower level support and not how to best handle this? Any suggestions we have a fairly complex network, we utilize multiple endpoints, Lync Clients, RMX, DMA, RPRM & CloudAxis.

 

Any suggestions on how to pass along some support roles?
