Hi, i have running Polycom PVX 8.0.2 on Win 7 64 bits and get an alert with my network. Say Network: The system is not conected to an IP net...., but is connected.

Hello MartinBenitez,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Looking at the PVX support Page => here <= I cannot see Windows 7 64 bit as a supported Operating System in the release notes.

 

You may want to test a newer tool like m100 or Polycom® RealPresence® Desktop.

The d/l site says http://support.polycom.com/support/video/pvx/PVX_8_0_16.html

for i3, i5 & i7 but I have had 8.0.16 working on XP Dual Core & Win 7 64bit Duo Core just fine with this version.
