my HDX8000 always reset.after it check PCI, Mermory, Audio...it resets again and check and reset.

welcome to the Polycom Community.
As posted already please supply your Software Version of the HDX and not the Part Number.
If you are unable to do so please liaise with your Polycom reseller to contact Polycom support.

An often case is damaged or incorrectly connected cable, mostly the mic one.
Try to disconnect all cables leaving only power and monitor. If HDX will boot reconnect cables one by one, if not the unit has to be repaired.

Hello parkjipham,
the latest 2.6.x Software for you HDX can be found on the HDX Support page => here <= and it would be a good start to upgrade this.
I am not sure if you are entitled to upgrade to the latest 3.x.x software but you can check your serial number (starting with 82) on this page => here <= under the Licensing & Product Registration section.
If all fails please liaise with your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.
