Hi, working with an HDX8000 here.
A previous tech turned off access to the web interface. How do I turn it back on?
tried both http/https methods and web interfcace is checked off in admin settings.

This feature can only be enabled on the device itself with the remote control in the security settings,
I have the remote.............
The Web Interface is checked off as being enabled under the Security settings as stated in my original posting.
So is there something else that needs to be set??
No, just enable this option via remote (in the meeting room itself, not via remote on web interface.)
I have the physical remote.
Again I login into the physical unit with the physical remote.
Though it IS ENABLED in th admin>security settings.
The web interface does NOT come up when I browse to the IP address.
So is there another admin setting that needs to be set..

Have you checked the web port that is configurable on that page?
Default is 80 but maybe this has been changed ?!
