Is there a way to add a directory entry using the polycom touch control? At the moment I see no option but to add through the web interface which obviously is annoying for end-users. Is there a setting to enable this? Or a way that the end user can save their desired number to the favourites or directory folder without having to use the web interface?

Hey trent172 - 

 

     As of software release 3.0.5, there is no way to add directory entries or favorites entries through the PTC.  All must be made through the Web UI.  This is operating as designed.
