Hello @rferraz,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Windows:

 

  • Open RPM and then click on left top corner and select About

MAC:

  • Open RPM and then the Top bar it should state Polycom RealPresence Desktop and once you click on this About RealPresence Desktop
