I have tried to pair HDX with iPad in differnce ip address (based on customer's ip when I do demo onsite). iPad will show many duplicated same HDX's name & I need to guess which one should be matched to my new ip address. Are ther any way to delete it?

Here you go:

Start Real Presence Mobile on the iPad, but do not start a call.

1)  Press the Smart Pairing Icon.  It will display all the Polycom devices it knows about...

2)  Press and hold the name of the system you want to delete.  Swipe it to the left to display the delete button

3)  Press delete.

See screenshots.
