How to dial  from VVX 1500D as an endpoint to a h.323 domain name. ie. stereo.polycom.com

Hello RicardoFranco,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I am unsure if this really is a Video Endpoint Post as I would class the VVX1500D as an VoIP Product but I leave the post here for the time being.

 

Could you please let us know what you have tried so far?

 

Usually I would press the Line Key for a H.323 enabled line and then depending on the Software Version (tested in UCS 3.3.1) press the URL Soft Button and type the number/address.

 

A test with the non yet released UCS 4.0.1 brings up the Keyboard automatically so I can either choose alphabetical or numerical entry's.
