How to stop the upgrade mode for vsx 8000

The VSX8000 is in upgrde mode (see attachement), I don't want to upgrade it, how can I do? Thanks.

Hello Tony,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Codec was sold back in 30/12/2004 so it is nearly 13 years old.


This mode usually happens when the unit lost its software. You can try and re-flash this but after such a long running time and not knowing what caused it I can only suggest to start looking for a more current unit.
