I cannot answer manually or automatically the call

I'M TRYING TO CONNECT A POLYCOM TELEPRESENCE M100 WITH A POLYCOM VIEWSTATION, THE VIEW STATION WORKS PERFECT WITH ANOTHER H323 SYSTEM, BUT WHEN I CALL FROM OR TO THE TELEPRESENCE, RING AND RING BUT I CANNOT ANSWERD MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY THE CALL, WHAT CAN I DO??

That's because the Viewstation does not support H.264 which m100 requires. This will not work with M100
