I have a problem in the "specify" in one of my endpoints, (HDX-7000 -Admin Settings ->Network->IP Network->Use Gatekeeper). After a power surge, the field "specify" no longer exists. As attachments. The device has rebooted, restored to factory settings, reconfigured, upgraded to latest software version, but without success.

 

Thought to solve the problem via telnet:

How to put the IP address of the gatekeeper via telnet.

 

Please , someone could help me with the command for this task ? Or another solution ?

Hello Steffen, Thank seek help me.

 

This is a test I'd ever done before, we here at Bunge Brazil have around 40 endpoints throughout Brazil. Not a problem in any other endpoint. Still, I've tried using IE 7 and 8(different desktops and notebooks), Google Chrome and Fire Fox, the problem is the same, according to sent print screen attached. Unfortunately I still have a problem with this endpoint.
