We need to make a call to what I am being told is a Cisco TMS system. We are relatively new to this and it is suppose to be an IP to IP call however their IP provided has 6 digits and  a @ symbol before the IP. I have a HDX8000 unit is this going to be an issue or require a bridging service to make this call. Would they be able to dial us directly?

Cisco TMS is not a video conferencing system, it is a management system and it sounds like you are talking about Annex O dialing, which the Polycom system supports.
