Hello,

 

I would like to know if I must have a specific software version to install an ISDN module in a VSX7000 or VSX7000s....Anybody knows?

I have tried to find this information at Polycom site (manuals, knowledge base, Community), however with no success.

HP Recommended

ISDN had been used on all Polycom products for many years.  ISDN has worked on all versions.  It is always recommended to run the most current software version for compatibly to other systems.

In my polycom vsx7000 there is no ISDN option Version: 0.9.7B.17
