Hi All,

 

I am encountering a problem with the Polycom HDX 8000 where currently i can't receive any incoming call but i can call them.

Any idea whats the problem?

 

The IT person said he open all the ports i requested but still can't.

Ports requested to open are,

 

TCP Ports,

1719 - 1721, 1731, 3230 - 3243, 5001

 

UDP Ports,

3230-3285, 5001
