Hello

Can you guide us for incoming calls to land on the codec which is natted to a public ip and using fixed ports as defined on the configuration on the group 500 codec. While we are not having any issue with the outgoing calls.Incoming calls are calls are not hitting the system. In the H.323 trace we are not finding any incoming calls. The same of ports defined for the fixed ports in the G500 firewall configuration is opened for outgoing and incoming calls on the client's firewall. In addition client also opened TCP/UDP 1718,1719,1720,1731bothways.

Can this be a problem with the Natting rules/port forwarding

If you are not seeing the calls getting to the codec then you should be looking at the network and why it is not routing the calls to the endpoint.
