Bom dia amigos!

Peço uma ajuda com um HDX 7000

O equipamento funciona com uma saída DVI para uma entrada PrPbY em uma Smart TV Samsung, porém, em uma outra TV Samsung 4k apresenta erro "Resolução não suportada".

Também testei utilizando um conversor PrPbY X HDMI, convertendo o sinal do HDX7000 para a TV e apresenta o mesmo erro.

Modelo da TV = UN55NU7100G.

Welcome to the Poly Community.


Support in this forum is in English only. Please check this >here< how to potentially change the output on an HDX to adjust the TV signal.

 

As it works with the adapter on another Samsung TV I suggest you work with Samsung support.

 

The HDX 7000 is end of life since August 2016 so maybe work with a Poly reseller on an option to upgrade to a modern system supporting HDMI.
