Hello All,

We used to deploy many HDX in our brand, and I made a web interface to generate Polycom Profile files.

Since the new realpresence are released, the HDX profile file aren't compatible with realpresence group's one.

 

I'm now working to build a new configuration file, so I made all the setup from the web interface and tried to export profile file. But there are lot of settings missing (such as DNS)

Are you aware of this issue ?

 

Moreovere, I encountered another issue : I want to take Ip adress / subnet mask and gateway address from dhcp, but want to configure manually the dns servers. It was possible with the HDX, but not with group series from the webinterface.

If I do It from the menu using the remote control, I have this message "Please enter a valid URL or an IP address in IPv4 or IPv6 format".
