Integration Of Polycom HDX6000 with Polycom RealPresence Desktop

Hello All, having issues over a vpn ,HQ and Branch office, I have an HDX 6000 at the Headoffice and a polycom Real Presence desktop application on a sytem with camera at the branch office, when i dialled  the headoffice from the bracnch, it get connected, but does not display pictures of remote caller and  audio not working, having manipulated all video settings .


Can some one advise on what to do toget this working as I have a deadline on this.
