We have bought the license to upgrade our HDX 9001 to software 3.0.  On the paper, it's written "SW,UPG,HDX 3.0 software license"

I saw that software versions 3.1.x are released.  But I can't find any information to tell me if we are eligible to this version.

Thanks in advance.

I have been there but I didn't find what I needed.  Then I went there again but this time I have to *twisted* my logic to see what you mean.

I go to "Licensing & Product Registration" (even though I don't need to *register* our product again) and I've found that under "Upgrade Key Code" column for ver 3.1, it's written as "Available but not entitled".  So I suppose we are not eligible to this version 3.1.

Yes, that´s true. You should consider to get your system under service for one or 3 years to make use of software updates/uogrades and also parts replacement. Here you´ll find some more information regarding the different service levels.

You could also buy a single software upgrade but, in some cases, this is maybe more expensive than getting a one year service contract. You should talk to your local Polycom Partner to find the solution that fits your needs.
