Guten Morgen. Ich bekomme beim Anmelden am GDS vom CMA 4000 immer "LOGIN FAILD". Also steht so im LOG der HDX. Ich wollte mal die Daten überprüfen und die Registrierung erneut durchführen. Leider kann ich mit meinem Browser Internet-Explorer 11 keine Kennworteingabe mache, da das Kennwort-Feld fehlt. Siehe auch Anhang. Auch mit anderen Browsern via Firefox oder Chrome das Selbe. Beim IE 11 kommt noch hinzu, dass ich nicht mal die Checkboxes "NEU" und "REGISTRIEREN" markern kann. Alle Browser sind auf dem neusten Stand. Habt Ihre eine Idee, wie ich diese Problem löse? Gruss Ingbert

Please refer to the HDX Administrator's Guide for the supported browsers for the HDX version you are using.

 

We do not currently support IE 11.

Guten Morgen.

 

Wer dennoch den InternetExplorer 11 verwenden möchte oder nicht anders kann, weil er z.B. eine "modernes" Betriebssystem verwendet hat immer noch die Möglichkeit den Internet-Explorer in der Kompatibilitätsansicht zu nutzen.

Hierfür einfach im Internet-Explorer unter "EXTRAS", "EINSTELLUNGEN FÜR KOMPATIBILITÄTSANSICHT" die entsprechende IP des zu konfigurierenden Systems hinzufügen und schon werden die entsprechenden Websites wie im Internet Explorer 8 angezeigt. Trotzdem ist eine Unterstützung "aktueller" Browser seitens Polycom erstrebenswert.
