Hi There,

 

We currently have a wide array of units, ranging from VSX to HDX, 4000s, 7000s etc.

 

Some are End of Life, some still in production. I had a few queries regarding licensing and updates.

 

1 - If I have a unit out of warranty, how do I check what the latest software it is licensed for is?

2 - If I have a unit End of Life, is it possible to get the latest software for it? Is this something we can purchase?

 

 

Thank you for any help you can provide. Note I did search, and found similar topics, but not quite answering what I'm looking for. Thanks!

You can login to our website,

 

http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/home/index.htm?authenticationRequired=true

 

and enter the serial number of the unit. it will give you the latest software you are entitled for.

 

In addition you may want to check with your reseller.
