Hi,

We are using the Polycom CX5000 for our Lync Conference and I wanted to know if it was possible to lock the view on a single user, instead of switching between active users.

Also, can we change the 360 ribbon view at the bottom of the screen, to tile or anyother form?

Thank you. Regards,

Shelly

It is not possible to “lock” the Active Speaker view onto a single view.

The manner in which the client handles and display the panoramic view is strictly a function of the client.   The CX5000 provides only the panoramic feed; the client determines how it will be displayed. Assuming a Microsoft client, Microsoft would have to make any adjustments.
