Hello

I am looking for MTBF figures for the Group 500 Codec and accessories (if available seperately). Needed for engineering trade study to justify selection of Polycom product for a project. Can anyone point me to a location of such specifications.

HP Recommended

The MTBF numbers are provided under NDA as basically MTBF numbers can be calculated in different manners and should be used with caution.  Please contact your Polycom sales team for assistance.
