i have a polycom HDX 8000 and Soundstation IP 7000 integrated together in a boardroom. Does anyone have any idea as to why at random intervals in time i would be losing dial tone on the analog phone portion of this configuration?

 

When i don't have dial tone on the soundstation, i am able to hook up a regular telephone and the POTS line works fine.

 

All the help given, is much appreciated. Thanks
