When you connect an HDX into Lync 2010 it picks up presence information in the directory etc, on these video enabled contacts you cant edit the details (eg IP Address, Extension, ISDN Number etc) as they are greyed out.

Does anyone know where these values are pulled from?  If AD do you know which fields maps to the polycom ones?

Thanks,

Pete

Those are H.323 specific fields which are not applicable to SIP contacts like the ones you see pulled from the Lync user's contact list.

Ah ok, so if I have a VC unit with SIP, ISDN and IP connectivity.  I could potentially have more than 1 contact showing in the directory?

Thanks,

Pete
