Hello,

We have HDX 8000.  We cannot connect to the conference.  If there is video/audio and only one person connects to the system, it works.  If I try to join conference, it does not.

If I try to connect to the conference that is on the calendar, I receive the message that says: No more sites can be added because the meeting is full"

If on my computer I try to add the Lync user that represents the HDX 8000 to the conference that I started on my computer, I receive an error that says: " [username] cannot be reached"

Anyone know what can I do?

Thank you.
