We have 9 new Polycom HDX7000 units.

 

Of the 9, one of them you can't see the Global Directory on the unit connected to the TV... however, you can see this on the web browser. Any ideas?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hi Steph.  Alan has a ticket here called 11657. We've already established V3.1.5 is in use.

The Lync Directory thing seems to be fixed but we're not 100% on whether Alan should be seeing Lync Presence.

Should he & what should he have to do to the HDX to make that happen?

Hi It is version 3.1.5, the latest update which we applied just a couple of days ago.

 

I don't know if the Global address list was deleted by someone (if this is possible) but we certainly can't put it back.

Hi All,

The only way I got around this was to do a factory reset and reinstall the device from scratch. That worked.
