Hi

I am a long time user of PVX here.

I am testing out M100 on a new laptop here and am unable to get the keypad to talk with my gatekeeper when I setup a video conf call.  The keypad makes the noise but the gatekeeper does not hear. The gatekeeper works fine with the PVX keypad.

Thanks for any help.

BSavage,

We need more information from you about this as this doesn't seem right. As far as the PVX vs. M100 the DTMF (which I assume you are talking about) has not changed, it is the same in both. As far as using the keypad to talk to the Gatekeeper, in what way does this work with PVX that it isn't with M100? Are you sure this is a Gatekeeper and not a Gateway or Bridge? If you could provide more info that would be great.

Hi All,

I am experiencing exactly the same problem, when using PVX the DTMF works100% but when dialing from the M100 to the same MCU, the DTMF does not work via the keypad.

What DTMF is supported via the M100 and if possible can we change it?

I know it's been a while Burt but are you still wressling with this?

Check the Audio codec negotiated between your PVX & your MCU & then recheck with M100.  G.729 audio codec does not support DTMF.(^_^) Pete
